XBOX LIVE SERVICE!

I am not sure how many people have been having trouble with XBOX LIVE but I believe that I have had my fair share. I think I should be getting at least a month credit for the headache. If you have not heard about it you can read up on it:

It really is amazing that they expect you to pay for something without any guarantee or service level agreement. Service expectations should be spelled out and compensation should also be spelled out if that service level is not meet. How fast would you return a stereo that would not turn on for days or when it did it was fuzzy? What would you think of a store that would tell you, "But it works great most of the time."

The simple fact of the matter is Microsoft did not want to pay to expand its capasity until it had too. Much like the airlines over book each and every flight they can, and all we can do about it is: BLAH BLAH BLAH, CRY CRY CRY, and keep taking it.
